Yes, for most listings. Many hosts on Gotrivana offer Instant Book, allowing you to confirm your reservation immediately without waiting for host approval. Listings that require host approval will be clearly marked, and the host typically responds within a few hours.

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience, including:

  • All major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)

  • Net Banking (from all major Indian banks)

  • Popular Digital Wallets (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe)

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

The actual booking process is instantaneous once you’ve made your selection and payment.

  • For Instant Book listings, your reservation is confirmed immediately after the successful payment.

  • For listings that require Host Approval, the booking request is sent instantly, but the total confirmation time depends on the host, usually taking less than 24 hours.

  • Log into your Gotrivana Account.

  • Go to the “My Bookings” section.

  • Find the booking you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel Booking” button. The refund amount (if any) will be automatically calculated based on the host’s specific cancellation policy. cancellation.

Your property must be legally eligible to host guests and meet our standards for safety, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. You must pass our simple verification process, which includes an identity check and property assessment.

No, listing is free. Gotrivana only earns a small, transparent service fee or commission after a guest successfully books and pays for a stay through our platform.

Payments are processed securely by us and disbursed to your linked bank account typically 24 hours after the requesting Payout. You can track all earnings in your dedicated Host Dashboard. We do Pay Weekly, Monthly or daily as per requirement.

You choose your preferred cancellation policy. If a guest cancels, the payout amount you receive is automatically calculated according to our policy.
